What is your Return Policy?We hope you are really pleased with your Tot Stops purchase. However, if you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by emailing us at sales@totstops.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Tot Stops order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.Back to Top |
When will I receive my order?Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 further business days for your order to arrive via UPS ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you need something in a hurry, we offer several expedited shipping options at checkout. You may track your package through the MY ACCOUNT button on our website. How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?To cancel an order, simply send us an e-mail between and explain the situation. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible as our turnaround time tends to go quickly. If your order has already been shipped you are obligated to cover shipping costs.Back to Top |

How will I know when my return is processed?Please make sure your return package is insured. If you are exchanging an item for something else you will receive an email from us once the item has been shipped out. If you are returning an item for a refund you will see a credit for the return on the credit card billing statement following receipt of your package. The general turnaround time for refunding credit cards is 5-7 business days.Back to Top |
What does it mean when it says an item is backordered?If an item is backordered it means we are waiting to receive more from the manufacturer. Because we buy from various vendors, it could take anywhere from a few days to a few months to receive the items we’re waiting on.
