Return Policy
We hope you are really pleased with your Tot Stops purchase. However, if you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by emailing us at sales@totstops.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Tot Stops order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 further business days for your order to arrive via UPS ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you need something in a hurry, we offer several expedited shipping options at checkout. You may track your package through the MY ACCOUNT button on our website. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and we will notify you by email or phone.
